Sorry, I mixed up daily boost and reserve. My daily boost was at 0, the refill happened while I was in a mission and afterwards it still showed 0, so I basically lost the 250 bfp. I assume I got some from the reserve but I don't remember how much exactly I had before that.

I was in a mission during the daily bfp refill and after completing the mission, my daily bfp reserve had not refilled at all.
