Ok tinkered around more and get fullscreen to work if I set my Windows screen scaling to 100%. Which is not ideal but at least something.

Hi guys Just got back into the game and enjoying every second of this revival, amazing work :D One thing I can't figure out is fullscreen and windowed mode. Unfortunately when trying to use fullscreen I'm getting a bug that was mentioned in these forums. The game minimizes and I can't get it to remain open. The suggested fixes do not work for me. But when using windowed mode I can't get border scrolling to function, the mouse cursor always moves out of the window. Even if I set the resolution to my screen (4K), the window is somehow misaligned and I cant border scroll on the top and bottom edges. Any potential workaround I missed for this?
