Nilrem

Last few days i catch small and long freezes. Long freezes in most cases is unfreezable (waiting 3-5 min). I catch freezes any time, does not matter, its 10 people on server or 100. I had started play from release, and does not had this freezes I am located in Ukraine. Maybe its matter, but again when i started play from release, dont had this issue What can i do to fix this?
