  1. It was an anti-virus thing! I had neglected to shut off real-time protection from windows defender, I only turned my firewall off.
  2. Tried that, the thing is there's no folder to delete. It doesn't ever create it. I have run everything as administrator as well following the guidelines for getting it to work.
  3. I get this when trying to run the updater. I have full open permissions to the Documents folder, it's just not creating it ever. Anything I should try?
