ELELMENTER

I was just wondering as i cannot find the information on the website, is it normal that my account has been completely reset ? The game was obviousy recognizing the account because it did remember my password but still it asked me to create a new game profile etc... Is this normal due to a big patch recently that has made everyone start from scratch ? If no, is there any way i could get back all the beautiful card i crafted at the time ? (it would be a pain to start from zero agains as i'm a casual gamer...) Thanks in advance and see you in the forge
