did u tried to us ur Email/Username in the field Email ? It helped me -
When i login into the open stress test, its saying Your Client has lost the connection to the server. Do i have to istall the game again or what ? caus i installed everything like DirectX or C++ Visual but its still not working. Or do i missunderstand and the servers are offline ?
