Der Fehler sagt doch schon alles

Dir fehlen die Rechte um an den Ort wo es hinpacken willst zu schreiben

Entpack es auf den Desktop und schieb es dann da hin wo es haben willst.

 

Denke mal du versuchst es in C:/Programme oder sowas zu entpacken, das mag Windows mal so ÜBERHAUPT NICHT xD

Ignore it.

Click again and no error is displayed.
