The client does not start. I click on the game icon, and after confirming the administrator rights, nothing happens.

Клиент не запускает игру. После загрузки клиент закрывается. В чем ошибка?

I downloaded and installed the client, entered my username and password to log in. He writes banned. How to solve the problem?😅
