I had the same problem once and most probably it caused the device driver issue. I found this article online and it suggests why this happens, how to solve it. I have solved the issue after updating the driver properly. If you not apply this method, can check out this. Sometimes it may happen for the damaged hardware. Though I don't know the condition of your hardware. If it is good, then you can apply the method of updating the device driver.
