Hello! Just started played this game and have played for a week, but now i cant start the game. I tried reinstalling and it doenst work. I get the message "pcre3.dll not found. Problem can be solved by reinstalling the game" I really want to play my old favourite game again! so please help

I'm probably just stupid but how do I download maps? I want to edit a PVP so that it has no timer but I can't seem to download them. It always says "you cannot upload this map". Am I missing something? I swear there is not a single piece of Information on google on how to actually download maps.

Hey guys, So ive done everything that it says to do but when I go to launch the game is says "The cide execution cannot proceed because pcre3.dll was not found" does anyone know the fix to this?
