[I cant start the game]

As far as i can see you are missing the "Launcher.exe" (alteast i can't see it in your folder). Maybe your antivirus program put in quarantine.

[Disconnect after every game]

Hi,

i'm getting a disconnect after every game/mission. 

Reconnecting after that disconnect is not possible. I have to restart the game and connect then.
