So, I just started and got a somewhat decent deck consisting of lost souls cards. I just stumbled upon this passive and it doesn't do as it reads. 

It's supposed to split hp amongst all lost soul units in a 25 m radius

Great work tho so far, i'm really glad you brought the game back ♥
