[Game won't start after i press play button]

I have set the battleforge folder to exceptions, doesn't work

I downloaded and extracted the launcher and the battleforge.rar into the same folder. 
My launcher started and patched a bit. Now it says version 0.5 windows.

I press the 'Play' button and the launcher closes. There is no application in Task-Manager, only windows error reporting appears with error 0xc0000409

How can I resolve this
