It is only possible to summon 3 treespirits max, and you can only do this with the level 3 upgrade. If she is upgraded, two treespirits will be be spawned when you first summon them, then you have to let one die and you can summon another 2 again. When she is not level 3 upgrade, you can only summon one treespirit.

Per the description, you can summon one at a time, up to three total.

NAME: Upgrade Combine Failed on unowned card Tremor

LOCATION: Upgrade Screen
REPRODUCIBILITY: Always.
DESCRIPTION: I don't own Tremor. However, I own upgrade 1 for tremor. The game will allow me to enter the upgrade screen instead of greying out the "Upgrade" option when I right click the upgrade card on the Upgrades tab.This only happens with Tremor, no other cards. The other ones have the "upgrade" option greyed out when I own the upgrade but not the card, as it should be.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I have played a game with the tutorial deck. Not sure if that caused it. Heard somebody mention something about tremor preventing upgrade drops? I don't get any upgrades/gold from games. I doubt that's the actual issue. I purchased Tremor on the AH and the upgrade applied. Still no post-game loot.

NAME: Viridya Treespirit Summons capped at 1

LOCATION: Forge and In-game (both tested)
REPRODUCIBILITY: Always.
DESCRIPTION: Viridya should be able to summon 3 (4 if upgraded) Treespirits. After summoning 1, the button to summon more is not usable and gives the message "Already 1 own legendary creature of this type in the game." -

I highly doubt it, considering it can run on high graphics on my potato from 2010.
