Kubik
🤔 have you ever implemented something like that? I guess not, because if you would implement it you would not call it a little feature.

Kubik
Then I guess you did have source code for whatever you was implementing it. And by the way the size is fine on my 4k screen. (maybe 10 or 15% bigger would be ideal but it is fine)
Devilzwirn
Hi @Kubik may I ask you about your settings? Fullscreen or window? I saw here that it is possible to enlarge the text, but I think that won't work combined with the smaller UI, or what do you think? I'm thinking about to buy a 4k monitor (27'') for my new computer and Skylords is the only reason that I didn't buy it directly.^^ It would be awefull, if the quality of this awesome game is worse using the new computer than on the old laptop. 😞 Edited August 9, 2025 by Devilzwirn
Kubik
Hello @Devilzwirn I have 24" screen, and I am about 60 cm from it. But I should warn you, that many people with even bigger screens complain about text being too small. How big small things will be can be calculated: (I will assume "old laptop" is 1920x1080, so 4k will have twice as many pixels on both axis) ((old resolution) / (new resolution)) * ((new size) / (old size)) That assume same viewing distance, but simply doubling resolution, and at the same time doubling screen size would make everything same size in cm (or inches), but it would take less screen space. In the topic you mentioned I do not see anything about enlarging text. Only way how to make text look relatively larger compared to the screen size would be decreasing resolution. Devilzwirn
Hi @Kubik, thx for the quick response. Okay, that's an important info about your monitor. ^^ I guess I will just try it and if it doesn't work at all for me, I can still use the old monitor. I was pointing to the message of Ilsyde about upscaling the text by 20 %. But yeah, that's not actual a resizing. It is more like a zoom in, if I got it right.
