ELELMENTER Posted February 11, 2022 Share Posted February 11, 2022 I was just wondering as i cannot find the information on the website, is it normal that my account has been completely reset ? The game was obviousy recognizing the account because it did remember my password but still it asked me to create a new game profile etc... Is this normal due to a big patch recently that has made everyone start from scratch ? If no, is there any way i could get back all the beautiful card i crafted at the time ? Aviat0r Posted February 12, 2022 Share Posted February 12, 2022 The only wipe was back in December 2020 when we fully released the game. It seems that you didn't play for more than 10 months. The account itself is linked to the forum database so yes, your account which you login with will always be recognized. Only your character has been reset/deleted like everyone else's character. If you want to play again, you have to create the character (no new forum account) and start grinding. 🙂 Have fun playing.
