I enter the normal game but during my games I am disconnected all the time and, when I am not during the game I finish it and I am disconnected losing some resources

Hello, BF requires a constant connection, even if your internet cuts out for a millisecond you will disconnect from the game. We have found that it has helped some people to use a VPN service when there network is unstable. You can try ptotonvpn for this

can we get like something so that even after the game crash or that we lose conection we can still enter the games we were in.

This is unfortunately not possible. The game doesn't have a reconnect feature and it's possible that we won't ever be able to implement such a thing. EA initially didn't add that to their game. It is on our backlog to check that, but this is also a lower priority compared to other things we're working on.
