Account im spiel

Ich habe mich heute am 13.01.2021 um 17.40 uhr ca im spiel angemeldet und habe festgestellt dass, ich bild und namen im spiel eingeben muss hab das getan und ´´ich gelobe´´ als bestätigung gemacht  dann habe ich festgestellt das mein gesammter Fortschritt weg war und wollte fragen ob es eine mäglichkeit gibt diesen wieder herzustellen.
