I was just wondering if new elements will be added like light (i mean shadow exists)
or new sets etc.

There are consideration on adding new, single cards.

Introduction of new faction would require atleast ~30 cards, with their own models and voicelines, therefore it would be huge work input Devs may wish to spend somewhere else.

However, if they ever become confident in card creation, then maybe we could get something.

 

Nonetheless, you already have 8 unique factions to choose from, and I believe it's better to focus on making factions cooler/more useful, than adding new crappy ones.
