Game doesnt load

I'm able to log in and start a game but the game doesn't load. Was playing the game for the past few months without issue. 

For example if I'm playing multiplayer the game just stays at the loading screen with the message "waiting for other players" so far I waited about 10mins and it doesn't load to the multiplayer game.

I tried single player battleground, same thing it stays at the loading screen to what seems to be forever. If there is any way to resolve this please let me know.

Things tried. 

1) Deleted and redownloaded the file 

2) Allowed through firewall

Hopefully this will be fixed after the next update, can you try again tomorrow after the livestream? (19:00 CEST)
