NAME: Cancelled auctions; cannot reclaim card in mail
SEVERITY: 2
LOCATION: Auction house / Mailing
REPRODUCIBILITY: ALWAYS
DESCRIPTION: Couldn't reclaim my card even though it was present in the mail. All that appeared were two messages that pop up simultaneously "Unknown Error". I tried another card and the same issue occurred.
