Missing Starter Decks

Hi,

after playing the original BattleForge i finally got around to try Skylords Reborn.

I was even able to use my old alias 🙂

 

After playing a few missions with the tutorial deck, i remembered there being starter cards / decks.

According to the wiki i should have two starter decks or atleast the cards from them: https://skylords-reborn.fandom.com/wiki/Starter_Decks

I don't have the decks:

 

Nor the cards they should contain (filtered for red cards as an example):

 

I opened some boosters, but i don't have enough cards for a deck i like to play:

 

Did i do something wrong when registering this week or were starter decks removed for some reason?

Extra cards also missing

I just logged in and now i have the two decks, but some cards are missing incl. one of the extra cards.

 

The following system messages were in the chat:

 

From the deck "FireShadow":

 

The missing cards are:

• Sunstriders
• Thugs
• Ravage
• Lava Field

 

Also missing are some of the extra cards:

• Forsaken

I just upgraded cards in a deck i created myself and got the system message from before.

That didn't happen yesterday when i was missing the starter decks.

After the message i deleted the PVP and starter decks and was able to upgrade cards in my deck without the message.

My best guest is, that the game got confused which pool to use for the cards and tried to add them to the PVP decks.

 

Unfortunaly i am still missing the cards mentioned above.

Hi LEBOVIN,

only partly, as stated, i got the starter decks, but they were missing cards and also one of the extra cards was missing.

 

I think its due to me having the free PVP decks at that time, since i got the same error message from above, when editing my own decks.

The message only stopped, when i deleted the PVP decks (at the same time is also deleted the starter decks).

 

Since then i opened a lot of boosters and got some of the cards through that way.

We are sorry about the missing cards.

Seeing you already progressed over and got the cards, we won't be doing any additional action, as the risk outweighs the rewards.
