Delendar Posted April 3 Share Posted April 3 Hello! Wanted to suggest giving Moloch's volcano something to do. Not necessarily a normal ranged attack but, something the volcano on its back can do... at least how its card art is supposed to indicate. There Moloch is having its volcano explode and some more bombings in the background, i assume from other molochs. I have been informed there is an animation for it in the files but im not sure what they are supposed to be. That said, into some ideas for mechanics: Switch between melee and ranged (like Razorshard, Fire Stalker) A spell-like ability with power cost, a nuke perhaps. (Too many to give example) An automated against random units as it goes. (like Construct, Raven Archwalker) Optional: make it work only against flying units. (like Spitfire) Have it erupt like a nuke with it at its center after being in combat for a while? (like Volcano, but instead of many instances of damage, a single one) Have it erupt meteors at random locations around it every couple of seconds dealing damage to flying and ground units and buildings, getting the extra damage from siege on it. Multiple Batariels protected by Unity + Fire Force are superior to Molochs in every aspect. Moloch doesn't have to be as powerful as Batariel but he should at least be able to deal with air units. That and it is so spell intensive you end up cycling through nearly a thousand power just to get rid of a single base in rpve, which batas get in about 3 hits from about 2 or 3 batas. And you must keep global warming up on cd to have it move around at normal speed, otherwise it just isnt worth at all, its like having a Construct deck without nether warp. And you must still use Fire Sphere and Inferno to hit even a bandit bird, you got 420 power just with those two spells. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That looks a wee bit scuffed but its great! That'd totally be the meteors at random locations I mentioned. And it looks like it has a very clear beginning and end with the swirly thing that goes out, spins and returns, not bothering the actual creature model at all, so it should be able to happen by itself on some trigger? 🤩 Unless its just a visual animation and it doesnt actually do anything cause there isnt any further code that could recognize each projectile? 😟 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
