I have a problem that no staff member has been able to solve.

The problem: The game installs correctly following all available guides, opens the launcher correctly, and updates to version 0.19v correctly. When I click "start" in the launcher, the game tab opens normally on the login screen. The problem is that when I click "log in," the game closes, generating the famous error "an unspecified error occurred, contact an administrator."

What have I done so far?

1) I downloaded all the necessary programs to run the game, such as .NET Framework and DirectX.

2) I completely disabled my Windows Defender and all possible and impossible defenses on my computer.

3) I reinstalled the game on different disks and at another time on the same disk.

4) I live in Brazil and tried using a VPN in Europe, but it didn't work.

5) I have already checked all 3 log files generated after an error and they have been analyzed by one of the staff members several times without any changes or anything that could indicate an error.
6) I have reinstalled the game more than 25 times without success, always the same problem.
7) The most curious fact about all this is that I already have an account and played the game normally on the same computer in the past and installed everything the same way.
😎 I play on a Windows 10 PC.
9) I used to play with 180-200 ping normally and today I measured the latency between the game server and the server, which showed similar numbers.

NOTE: I have already been on Discord, spoken with several players and one of the technical staff members of the Skylords team, and after several attempts to find the problem, nothing was resolved.

My theory: Somehow I am unable to connect to the server.

If anyone can help me, I would be immensely grateful. Battleforge has lived in my heart for many years and was a part of my childhood. I would truly love to try and reconnect with it.
