Banning players

Are players actually getting banned? How much reports do they need?

It's really tiring to have people that destroy ones orbs multiple times and trying to end their game for no reason other than bullying people.

Is it sufficient to press the report player button? Do we have to submit replays somewhere?

Fortunately, most players are nice and helpful. But those, who aren't, really ruin the game. Are we supposed to put in cards into the deck to always be ready to fight back? I mean, it's quite difficult to fight back if they drop you from t4 to t2 within a second, while you aren't even watching your orbs and your deck isn't made for such fights.

Dear @shaulani,
we understand your displeasure, as toxic behavior or trolling can really spoil the fun of the game.

As a rule, it is sufficient to report the player. The moderation team will take a look at the situation as soon as they have time and evaluate it, including replays, chats and various other factors.

Not every player is automatically banned for trolling. We will assess whether there has really been a hindrance to play, in the case of “minor” trolling, whether this has occurred more frequently, etc.
For us, game interference means that a player is actively removed from the game, their orbs are stolen or their match progress is hindered, to name just a few examples.
If the trolling is confirmed, the player will at least be warned or, depending on the severity, temporarily banned. In case of repeated trolling with longer periods of time or even permanently.

Of course, you are also welcome to provide the replays.

Please understand that we cannot process your report immediately, as we do this work voluntarily and unpaid. However, we will take a close look at every report and any anomalies.

Please understand that we will not provide further details in order to avoid exploiting loopholes.

Best regards,
Vultagx
