Game does not Start after pressing Play, pcre3.dll apperently missing (partly solved, found other forum entery's)

When ever i press the Play Button on the launcher this error showes up.



Summery of what i did up untill now not in order (might miss things i did):

Reinstalled everything 3 times
Checked my anti virus software
Checked the folders of the Zip and the downloaded game.
Noticed that the pcre3.dll is in the 7zip but not in the actuall file
Tryed to copy paste it over and than see how the fiule just vanishes after 3 secounds
Tryed to open the the file after every reinstall always getting told it is empty and asked if i want to creat a new one (wich i did not because i do not know what is in there ^^')

So now after 5 hours troublshooting some sleep and another two hours i gif up to find a solution on my own ^^' (Tryed to look through the forum if someone had similar issues if there was someone i most likely have missed it.)

I think i found a solution, but by now i need someone that is german that understands english better than myself and is better in technological things. I am also on the Skylord Discord, can be found under the same name DM's are open

Okay so apperently my antivirus software puting that part in to quarantine even so i deactivated it. I repeated the whole process now again, deactivating it now is not putting it in the quarantine but i never got the option to whitelist it only to get the file back. If someone has ideas or tipps for that that would be great

I think i already figured it out now, still thanks this can be put in resolved. The last problem is on my end. @Vultagx
