You can use the max bfp field to enter a number, which limits the range of the y axis.
But what would also be great is a smoother version of the curve, for example a 5 day average or something.

Everybody wants to flip cards for profit, but nobody  wants to pay the price.
I don't get where this leads to, neither the intention .

I never wantet to discourage other players. But most of the time more than 50% of participate players are speedrunners.
Figuring out a tactic with maximum speed sould not be that hard, but i see only little options for this, so it can be boring maby because top point players will have similar strat.

Ofc i do not aim for the tutorialdeck challange, its not a pure deck and it have t2 tower in it.  Surving camps is duable. My tutorialdeck run was already showed to the community from the twitch streamer "TheWeltHerr" back in days.

My comment was mainly intended because this challange for creation of the strategy will not be very exciting. At least as far as the top runs are concerned.
In my opinion, the whole thing could have been made more exciting if you get a certain amount of minus points per x minutes that you have longer. Then the speed is not completely off the board. Because in the current situation you can be in the map as long as you can (or the server allows it, which I think is 3h) and can still get to the top 3. but if you make penalty points for being slow, the whole thing becomes much more "exciting" because then you really want to think: how much time do I want to sacrifice for points, how fast can I be with as many points as possible.
I think you understand what I mean. TBH PVE is almost always about the speed, no matter what game.

Is now added, I just replaced the average mean value column with it, as I probably won't add the mean values again (in this current version at least).

Is now added and I will add the prices from when they were made tradable at a later date as it is a bit more work.

Thanks for pointing that out, forgot to add the Snapjaws Promo in a dataset that the table view uses.

I seem to have overestimated myself there.  But things have calmed down a little after starting a new job and moving to another location and I think I learned an even better toolset on my job that I can implement in the new version (mainly backend stuff). So I hope to make more progress while applying the things I learn on the job in this new version.

And BTW, I usually also post updates regarding the site on my Discord server that also allows you to use my Price Notification Dicord Bot, but you don't need to make use of the bot and can just join for the site updates, which I post a bite more regularly over there than here on the forum:

Mails are limited and cumbersome, it would be nice to be able to browse your trading history and general stats and things here on the web. (i.e. game time, online time, peak ranks...., I guess being able  to share decks here would also be neat.)

  8. Ca7 liked a post in a topic by Cocofang in Organizing decks with folders
Right now all decks you make are just in a giant dump that you have to filter with names and/or which orbs they contain.
As someone who doesn't focus on any particular deck not only did I hit the 100 cap a few times and had to clean up, I also naturally have a giant list of decks. But I noticed that there are already something like subfolders present. Namely "General" and "Beginner". My suggestion is to implement the feature of creating such folders yourself and the ability to open/close them.

Its not really that important, but sometimes I wanna keep track of which affinity of that specific card I have bought or sold. And sometimes I forget, looking though the mail, I just think that it would be helpful if it had shown:

Auction completed on 00/00/2021. Congratulations, you have won the bid for (CARD) (AFFINITY) for BFP

    I recommend this, http://www.delo.si/druzba/odprta-kuhinja/torkov-namig-za-kosilo-matevz-in-kisla-repa.html .
    Here's the wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matev%C5%BE .
It's a Slovenian dish and IMO tastes super good. However, We prepare it differently in my region of Notranjska (In-land if you will), It's still a side dish, just make sure to add more beans and pork rind when you cook it, it takes a lot better.
This is then added to what is basically Sauerkraut, but more in a soup kind of way. End product should look like this:
      recipe: https://www.kulinarika.net/recepti/13415/enoloncnice/dva-v-enem/
If you're not into that then I recommend some beef soup http://okusno.je/recept/domaca-goveja-juha . This is also the one thing you will find on all Slovenian Sunday dinners. Soups are a big thing here
Sorry for all the links being in Slovenian, google translate the hell out of it. A few pointers, "sestavine" = ingredients ,  "priprava" = how to make.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slovenian_cuisine Here's the whole list of foodstuffs, some are a bit harder to do or are seriously regionally based.

    [15:25] Metagross31 to strategy:
Or use shorthands for channels (strategy - str, trade - trd, beginner - beg, lfg - lfg) and then make something like:

    Hey all,
whould be nice if you could freely categorize your friendlist in groups. e.g i'd like make folders for pvp people / pve / marketplace / favorites e.t.c. Right now they are basically all together. Also you could add notes on top of their names so players can remember who is who.
  13. Ca7 liked a post in a topic by Chronopie in Trashcan for useless cards
Opening a booster and seeing a 23rd copy of Earth Crystal isn't going to be useful to anyone. Being able to recycle them for a scrap of bfp is at least something.

Exchanging them for other cards sounds abusable though, even if it's random. Turn three Envenoms into a Shaman? Three Evocator's Woe (currently 20 bfp) into an Enlightenment (3k atm)?
  14. Ca7 liked a post in a topic by ellusion in Make us able to "disenchant" cards
    Hi Skylords!
As a relatively new player (played with the original long ago) with a slowly growing collection, I like to open the discounted boosters, and the excess copies of the same cards (mostly common cards, but whatever) just started to get annoying. The AH is saturated with those cards, competing at the lowest price limit, and while I try to get rid of them, it mostly concludes with an "unsold" mail after 48h, throwing another 4 gold into the void.
My suggestion is that one could disenchant those cards - or any card they want - for a small ammount of bfp and/or gold, based on the cards rarity.
It would help you to get a clean collection (I don't know how the game works, but it may also help to reduce some database entries as well), it would gave you more resources to spend on better cards or upgrades, and - on the long run - maybe common card prices would deflating as they would apper in less and less quantities on the AH.
    Any input?
    Regards
    Ellusion

    Congratulations!
You realized, that the game is heavily imbalanced and that people in general will always try to cheese their way through things.
Even in video games, when there's nothing to gain from it. On the contrary, they actually cut out the whole reason why they "play" the game.

Wait till you stumble upon the guys trying to play the auction house/other players in order to increase their bfp even while there is actually no endgame for doing this except for sitting on a mountain of bfp which you can't use for anything other than getting new cards to sell again to get more bfp.

I think it is an interesting idea for sure, but i am not sure if penalizing people with less than 4 orbs is a good thing. For example i often give away my orbs to newer players on some maps and have decks which reach almost full potential at t3 or t2. When i know a map really well, then it is fun to let the newer players grab orbs and explore and actually take charge orbwise. It is way more entertaining than watching them run for their lives or run behind you. I also vaguely remember maps like dwarven riddle where most of the time and without amii monument involved, expert maps end with not everyone having t4. Another thing is also some ego-shooters out there. I have already seen people "steal" orbs from other players and with such a change there would be a real reason in gold added to the ego-boost some get by grabbing orbs of others and leeroy jenkins their way through the map with batariel, while they let their buddies struggle at low tier lol

Previously i was undecided on this topic, but these days lots of ,,feeders searching for runner'' messages make me think a change might do more good than bad.
    arguments against a change:
    - Obviously decomposer plays a big part in speedrunning on a lot of multiplayer maps, changing it would mean one of the most significant shifts in this category ever. No speedrunner myself but it seems like most of them seem to oppose this change.
    arguments for a change:
    - Card description indicates that the current decomposing of allied units is just an oversight and not a wanted feature.
    - BH decomposer speedruns have somehow gained lots of poplarity. It lets new players solve an expert map without having the necessary skill or knowledge. Eventhough this doesn't have an immediate negative effect on other players i can't imagine that this is healthy for the playerbase in the long term.
    - Speedrunners will have to develope new - probably more interesting - tactics. Formerly highly optimized speedruns will enter a new post-decomposer era.
Edit: less griefing also, but thats rare anyway in my experience
  18. Ca7 liked a post in a topic by Asraiel in New Tool for Gambeling
Currently the global Cardpool get bigger and bigger without any mechanic to lower this pool. this idea is made for a longer term of the game without reset it.

Many players love to open booster or doing a bit of gambeling and its way better doing this with a currency that doesnt effect RL. to give for a long lasting game without resets and the problem of a permanent incresing Cardpool and new and exiting option to do a bit of gambeling comes:
    Card Fusion
A tool where between 2-8 cards can be put in and by hiting the Fusionbutton the loaded cards getting destroyed and 1-8 other cards come out. the rarety of the used cards does matter:
in order to get the chance to get a uncommon card
2 common needs to put in
    for a rare card chance
4 common or 2 uncommon or a mixture have to be loaded in
    for a ultra rare card
8 common or 4 uncommon or 2 rare or a mixture have to be loaded in
ech gambeling also has the possebility to give a promo. could also combined with functions like if u only use firecards the rewarded cards will be fire cards and so.
but even if putting in 2 rare it can also be that instead of a ultra rare, 2 rare or 4 uncommon or 8 commons come out. so its a fully gambeling tool
+ each fusion also cost a amount of gold

as mentioned this is a idea for a longer existing game without reset to give more gambeling options to the players that mostly allredy have everything they wanted in matters of cards and to reduce the global cardpool

this reward remains cause u know it and u can say to urself u made it without. mean i also played games where i restricted myself to only use common cards and it was a selfmade restriction iand felt also rewarded but i woulndt force other to do the same. i think freedom is what everyone wants in one way or another i would hate it if my country would change from democraty to dictatorship only because someone else like that more.
or removing all canals and byciles from netherland and replace them with only SUV's cause someone like that restriction.
U have the freedom to restric urself and feel the reward of it but forcing other to do it aint the same
same sa the game is free2play it is also free2notplay xD

I am a big fan of color restrictions, since it rewards you for playing a certain deck. The problem isnt with Lost Dragon, its the fact that some cards dont have this restriction and are thus superior. If anything we should be looking at this, instead of removing it. There is a reason deepone was 1G but changed to GG. Same with War Eagle. I know you are making a case for Tier 4, but I dont think the logic is much different. You want to be rewarded for going all in on a certain combination. Enligtenment goes arround this (which is why I dislike it in general), but that at least forces you into GG, making your Tier 1 and Tier 2 be effected by your choices.
So if you want to play harvester and lost dragon, you now have to go SSFF or SSGG (with enligtenment on tier 4 to cheat it out). This is a good thing. You are now rewarded for playing Lost Souls and get the Lost Dragon on tier 4, while also playing something that Enligtenment decks could not (Harvester on tier 2).
The problem arises with less restrictions like Lost Spirit ship, cause its arguably just better to go nature. Then again, people need to stop thinking of this game as people-will-only-play-the-very-best-deck, and also consider the casual players who just want to play cool stuff and feel rewarded for their color combinations.
  21. Ca7 liked a post in a topic by Cocofang in Easing Cards Color Restrictions
What happens when something is the best (in power and/or ease of use)? Everyone flocks towards it and uses it, ignoring everything that is weaker. This is a big part of what makes a meta. They develop in most games and they do so for a reason. Being that people generally want to play the best. Anecdotes to the contrary don't matter here, even the existence of this topic is proof of that.
If you ease orb restrictions on these cards, people will have more freedom to pick for their decks, that is very true. What happens when people have more freedom of choice there? They pick the best. So what you will end up with are decks that will be more homogeneous. Splashing will become even more powerful, even though it is are already very strong thanks to so many flexible cards. Pure decks will fall even further behind. Even duo-mixed decks will show noticeable wear.
Take the most stacked splash color of them all, nature. It offers Breeding Grounds, Curse of Oink, Revenge, Equilibrium, Thunderstorm, Grimvine, Giant Wyrm, Regrowth. Immediate, rock solid T4, sustain for all decks that can splash and powerful support. This is way too much bundled into a single orb. This shouldn't be accessible to pretty much any deck.
Reducing orb restrictions also severely hampers the concept of "faction identity". You immediately remove the notion that a card is supposed to be the apex of a faction.
No, what makes more sense to happen is:
Make weak cards that have harsh orb restrictions deliver more value Make strong cards that are flexible deliver less value Make strong cards that are flexible but should retain their power more restrictive There have to be fitting opportunity costs for picking flexible or restrictive cards. Right now that is not the case and that is why especially nature splash or LSS are too powerful while the restrictive cards are not very popular.
