  1. I already responded in your other post, but I guess you didn't see it: @Ulamog Which resolution are you using for your monitor and for the game? Can you send a screenshot? The issue with the game minimizing in fullscreen is usually due to other applications. I've heard this can be caused by other applications like Cisco Webex, or League of Legends, and probably even more.

  4. It sounds like your connection is dropping for a short moment. Either make sure your connection is stable, or try using a VPN.

    The server had issues yesterday, the issues should hopefully be resolved for now.
  8. Please make sure the BattleForge folder is not set to "Read-Only" and make sure your BattleForge folder is not synced to the cloud by tools like OneDrive or Dropbox.
  9. Please try reinstalling the game. That error usually indicates that you are missing files.
  10. Try resetting your password on the forum and make sure you are entering your email and not your username.

    The report is not very useful as it does not contain the proper needed logs, I'll be moving this to resolved, please make a more detailed bug report next time and attach the proper log files (log_proxy_latest.log (in general) and crashdata.mdmp and a replay (for crashes/map issues)).
  13. Thanks for the report, this error means that your connection is dropping for some reason. Can you make sure your internet is stable? Using a VPN while playing can help.
  14. We probably cannot fix this bug as we don't have the access to the source code, and as of now are unsure what exactly is causing the game to freeze when you enter the power saving mode. You can workaround this issue by following my suggestions above.
  15. You are entering the wrong email or password, please try resetting it again. Make sure you enter your email and not your account name in the top field.
  16. You can read which log files you need to attach here. If the game crashes this often it usually indicates that something on your PC is interfering. Obvious things to look at would be an overly sensitive anti virus, or maybe an overclocked CPU.

  24. Right, that's what a desync is. If you get a desync you only can abort the game or try to play it out without your friend (like you did). As fixing desyncs is not feasible, I'll move this to resolved.
  25. It's not a bug. By giving other units shields, the unit is always "in combat" and thus doesn't start healing.
