OK found the problem: Panda captured Launcher.exe.

Downloaded the game & updater, did everything (downloaded directX, changed attributes in config, etc.), still, after launching updater I get this message: Could not start launcher process. Parameter is not valid. Is there any solution for this? After I change maxshader="768" (from 0 --> 768), a new message appears: "Could not start the launcher process. The system can't find a given file. (The second sentence is in my language, so I just guessing what is the original message.) BTW anytime I start the updater there are two possible message: Could not start.... 1) parameter is not valid 2) The system can't find a file.
