ok solved the problem, autostart program Realtek Disabled. Topic can be closed otherwise.

I have no sound since today just before the patch. Just before the patch was released, the ingame sound was gone. I also deleted everything the files in the document folder and reinstalled everything, but there is not a single sound more. What could be the problem? thx
