Did you install a new directx again or specifically directx 9?

This is normal. It is a faster cooldown than when you have no charges left though. The same goes for other spells.
BTW, the forge is excluded from this cooldown.
@Kubik I would suggest to disable the case sensitivity in the check of the character name already exists @ character creation. So it won't be possible to create accounts with the same name.
Even if the client and server could handle this, it would still be very confusing to other players and enable people to impersonate others easily.
The original Devs optimized the utilisation of hardware pretty good in battleforge. In the old battleforge there were many similar stories because PCs were not cooled properly to handle full usage. So please try to monitor things like CPU temperature and try to create a good airflow in your PC case to keep it as cool as possible. For example by adding extra case fans.
We have discussed this with staff even before the stress test started but we decided the Devs have more important priorities. We know it causes an inconvenience right now, but it should just be temporary until the server are stable and we can increase slots.
So please have patience, the Devs are working as fast as possible already.
Virus scanners dont like it when executables are changing or opening other executables, for example UAC updates the updater. I am told that it is possible to get a certificate of some sort to prevent this, but it costs a lot of money. So for now just make an exception in your anti virus.
Or if you dont trust it, dont use it.
