Hello there Igor, We do not tolerate hacking or cheating in our project. As soon as someone is detected as hacking or cheating they're banned fully from the project with no chance of being unbanned along with those who create multiple accounts.

Turning off SSAO in the graphics options should help with this problem.

Have you tried re-downloading all the client files again and seeing if that fixes it?

When installing directx9 did you put the download into your BattleForge folder than install it there? As that is what you need to do to fix this problem.

Could you send a screenshot of this message along with a copy of your _launcher.log ?

You need Dirextx9 to play the game. Try downloading that and then moving the download to the same folder as your client files and the updater and double clicking it to install it.

What operating system are you using? and is it 64 bit?

Does any sort of error pop up at all? Have you tried redownloading the Updater and trying again?

You need to use the same email address you used for your account here as well as the same password.

@Istirian Hey there, next time if you could send a screen shot to one of the Global Moderators, (myself, MephistoRoss, UltraKool, Dragon of Time or Dexirian) on discord or here on the forums we can handle it there. I believe currently the report function in game isn't 100% working as of yet.

Did you make sure your anti virus and firewall isn't blocking the download etc?

Is it a 32 bit or a 64 bit?

You need to re download the client files but make sure your anti virus is turned off as it is blocking certain files to not be downloaded. As well as this what Operating System are you using?

After you have download directx9 put it into your folder that contains the client files and the updater. Then double click the directx9 download to install it in that folder.

After downloading it are you also activating the download in the BattleForge Folder with the launcher and files in it?

You need to download the client files with your antivirus turned off as it's most likely your antivirus is blocking the download of this file.

You need to install directX9 for the game to work.

You are missing the launcher.exe file. Try downloading the launcher files again and make sure that your antivirus isn't blocking it.

@Monsterdog1337 What problem are you having or are you asking for full release if you'll have to re-install?

@SinfulTed @Solarin As of a few days ago you need to play the game for 150 minutes or 2 and a half hours before quests are unlocked. This is to prevent people from making multiple accounts and abusing the quest system in order to get more booster packs and bfp .
