Thats not enough. If AntiVir has already flagged the .exe and moved it into the quarantine you have to restore it or remove it from quarantine first. Otherwise you cant create a 2nd file with the same name in the folder. -

Check the quarantine from Antivir. You can restore the UAC.exe there and it should work.
