  1. Im fine with the delay, take your time. Dangerous statement, if something should come in between, the air will burn.
  2. In 9 days i am 31 years old, my brother is 42 and i think he will be also back when the open Beta starts.
  3. I'm not sure if Executor add enough to be worth a slot, i pretty much would rate it as trash cause i think it is even worse to the main Dreadcharger, Nox, Motivate? In the matchup Shadow vs. Frost i feel like kiting, focus fire and micro is a important factor and that is easier with swift and ranged units. Homesoil or Glyph of Frost are even better against Executors if you are to close. Before you need Executor for charges you will be pretty much easy able to go t2 or the Frost player already snowball to hard. Before i would play Executor i play sim city and spam Phasetower
  4. Oh no, exactly in the 2 months where I can not play, or very rarely the open beta will be released :(. See you april in the forge, when i try to catch up :).
  5. perfect time, nice that you announce it over the forum, i rarely watch discord
  6. Some Matchups can be pretty hard for some Decks (like Pure Fire vs Pure Frost), but every deck have in some scissors stone paper style good and bad matchups. But overall the better player will win in the most cases. For me Pure Fire and Shadow/Frost are the strongest decks. And Shadow/Frost, Pure Frost or Pure Shadow need the least effort to climb ranks. Frost t1 can be played pretty spammy and will not be punished in lower rankings, and Shadow has a overall good t1 with strong abilitys. Also a buffed Harvester or a Wareagle spam was easy to play and pretty effective in lower rankings (until higher gold) ^^.
  7. Challenge: You are only allowed to defend, your first attack is allowed after you build up 4-5 extra wells.
  8. Played Gwent for some time, was fun. And its still beta so the Card collection is manageable (they give out alot of keys). After some weeks of play you have alot of Cards and can craft you a meta deck. Matchmaking was always fair and Rewards are very fair. I just stop to play cause after the highest rank there was not much to achieve atm. Atm its by far not as complex as Yu-gi-oh but that will change with a bigger card pool.
  9. 25 % more damage against single targets in sleep is ok, compared to the 25 % less damage to all units that scale also better through heals. But it should not be possible to play the blue affinity if one of these is on the field, double Dryad with different boosts sound scary. And i think in defense every tower is well balanced, but if you build them in offense where the opponent cant avoid them, they grant to much stats per energy. If we increase the vulnerability it would also affect all other matchups (but i see him mainly against Nature as to powerfull, Frost is weak early but can also outscale them) and without his offensive usefullness the tower is not that great. With the standard Cards, Nature is slighly in favor Dryad spam is good against Fire, there are also cards like spearmen that are good against fire. But Fire have still opportunities to win t1 especially with mortar. Frost vs. Nature is still a more unbalanced Matchup. Frost can just spam Frost Mage and the unit that was supposed to balance this matchup (Treespirit), is against all other decks better, but failed against op Ice Barriers xD. I never tried a Swiftclaw rush, in theory this should be equal to a Svavy Rush on bigger maps.
  10. I'm there when you stream, and even if not, i can always watch your recent videos :). Ok my error was in the assumption that the poison apply to builduings, so that was also the reason why ice barriers where good against them.
  11. I would not use a spell with radius and duration where the danger exist that the Phasetower player port away and that would be not that great in the other matchups. Maybe a Dryad with another affinity, who can disable towers with her sleep and spleepy units/builduings (no wells, monuments) get like 25% more damage. If that happened i go back to the roots :D. But another question wouldnt be Treespirit good enough against Phasetower? i do not want to see any more players with them, but for the sake of interest. Edit: i like the suggest of Hirooo to decrease the damage of Mortar to builduings. it would be weaker in Cliff/wall, Close well and 2vs2 situations like on Danduil, and the def. Mortar is as strong as ever
  12. I was a long time in the same situation that i feel uncomfortable playing cards that can be considered strong, but noticed quickly that no one cares in high rank, they will always play the cards that are avaiable no matter how strong they were. In the first metas some cards of Battleforge (mainly Fire) were just ridiculous strong (Mine in front of a well deal tons of damage, Sunderer and Mortar were alot stronger and also some other cards), that the top spots were just reserved for player with that cards. Fortunately at the end the balancing was already really good so you can reach top spots with every deck. At 9:48 you see how much damage Mine dealt to wells. Also i think the maximum damage was to that time really high so it was even worse against more targets. As Shadow player i never had a problem against Phase Towers for sure they can build them defensiv, but bound power is bad, and if they port them Shadow and Fire have enough offensiv power to destroy them in a blink. Edit: Ok in that replay he say that he think mine has no damage limit. So it was for sure pretty overpowert.
  13. For sure it is op against some decks. But why remove it out of the Deck, if you have a easier time against Nature+Frost. Its the same with mortar tower (ok it needs at least a bit more skill since it is immovable) but you will rarely see top player playing without them. On my Stonekin acc i also hate it when i faced them, you need tons of micro against a Phase Tower spammer, and still get worse trades. Nevertheless, I use these cards myself in my pure fire and shadow accounts even if i did not need it, just cause it is the easier/relaxed way to win. On Wazhai there power is absolutely crazy. Phase Tower need just 2 ports to attack the enemy base and Mortar need at least the controll of one of the sweet spots. Here is a replay of that strategy, and i even perfectet it ^^, on this map i rape some really strong players with my phase towers, after i saw that by ElGeneral who beat me in a tournament with that nasty strategy.
  14. Against Hirooo it is hard enough to reach T2 or trade efficient, in the time you try to go t4 he would drink a coffee and after your T4 is up, he would smiling and you see only Grigory Nastys (with troll faces) all over the map, like he does If it was too boring in 2vs2, then he decided to nasty my monuments, cause we would win anyways.
  15. I tested also Earthshaker. http://i.epvpimg.com/0zlwd.jpg Earthshaker is ok, but -There are maps without the possibility of T4 -Other maps have risky t4 spots and if you loose Map Controll this would not be possible -It costs time and a Energy investement which only pay off if you be able to build it up and are able to kill a Cluster. -If your Enemy reached first T3, you cant take the risk of going t4. He will pressure you alot so this high investment would kill you. -With Amii Monument you would lose another Deck Slot So it would only help against a: Ultra defensiv people and only if they havent enough Offensive Power to pressure you to dead while you invest the 300 Power. b: against people where you are anyways in a big lead.
  16. Will be a hard and frustating way to the top. But i would add Rallying and Aura of Corruption. To split in t3 into Nature is not the best decision, its anyway hard enough to play Bandits succesfull and reach T3 but adding Heal, Oink, Swamp only for t3 acts like the worst possible way. Maybe someone else can look over your Deck again, i think you forget other strong cards. Could only look briefly over it, since i do not have much time.
  17. I dont care about reps, i would beat the most people anyways in T1 so they will never see my T3. And the ones where i can come to t3, are usually not better with their t3s, i add Cursed well for ultra defensive people like MaranV, Freemka, or some other guys where i forgot the names that delay the games until the last minutes, annoying to play, so i can bleed them out.
  18. Interesting tests. So Virtuoso would be better as overall pick cause he even have the L-Bounus. So Sun Reaver and Bandit Lancer can be removed. Highly protected Monuments shouldnt be a problem cause we have Sandstorm, so Virtuoso is great. To bad we cant run Giant Slayer cause of double Fire i also always prefer it in my Fire Decks ^^. Ashbone is not that great without buffs, as mentioned above we run no Life Weaving. My Lost Soul Decks never run Life Weaving only for T3 i dont want to spend that slot. Edit: Also all other changes are welcome, my future Lost Soul Deck will be similar to this ^^, just with double frost T3 and Cursed Well. For 2vs2 i choose this (just with Life Weaving if my mate played Sunderer or Harvester) or my most loved Embalmer+Phoenix Combo, i played in the past.
  19. I played it on my Pure Frost Acc, it was rarely usefull. If your opponent spam Dreadchargers and they stupidly try to trample your MAs its a quite good spell, also suprising for enemys with Harvester in T2 in these cases Wintertide is good cause the burst against trampling is op. Against good players this spell was often useless. Cause they will just run away if you are far away from their wells. so - 60 E is expensive for 30 % dmg reduce, so just with huge spams - rarely usefull through trampling damage. - Main problem should be the slot, cause you can add mostly overall usefull cards, and this one is more of a situational pick. Maybe for 2vs2 usefull, i never tested this spell in 2vs2. Next Question: What do you think about this alternate T3 for Lost Souls Dreadcharger,Forsaken,Nox-Trooper,Phase-Tower,Motivate,Nasty-Surprise,Aura-of-Corruption,Coldsnap,Nightcrawler,Darkelf-Assassins,Frost-Bite_shadow,Glacier-Shell,Kobold-Trick,Mountaineer,Stormsinger_nature,Sun-Reaver_fire,Bandit-Lancer_shadow,Sandstorm_fire,Lost-Grigori_shadow,Shield-Building Just insert this into Allbfcards. Sure the standard double frost T3 is better, not only if someone destroy your first or second orb. But maybe in 2vs2 it seems to be a pretty strong T3, i never had a 5 Card T3 before ^^. -Sandstorm help against ultra defensiv T3s or the church bunk up. Cause your enemy cant play any cards or builduing supports, and also deal alot of dmg. -Bandit-Lancer is a cheap good L-Counter with Lifesteal. -Grigory and Shield Builduing are ultra defensiv picks. -Sun Reaver as allround pick, it prelly fast scales up his dmg. So good Allround Counter, pretty good Well dmg. and a usefull ability. Note: The Deck has no Life Weaving.
  20. I found a old quote from Hirooo out of his stream to Fallen Skyelf. "Fallen Skyelf is imba, Fallen Skyelf is so lame that i play it, especially because she makes nasty strong, and nasty is great" Fallen Skyelf ability + Shadow Insect Nasty almost kill a Grigory. So with better Nasty targets, it should be able to clear alot of XL units. To this time he also played Shadow Insect so my next question, is Shadow Insect worth a Slot? - 100 Energy so pretty expensive. - L Counter so pretty good for T3, M Unit - Low stats compared to other units, but a good ability that shines if it is used against L-Units and also deal Aoe Damage in a 5 meter radius + knockback small units. Discuss!
  21. Aion, Echo of Souls, Guild Wars, Civ 5, Diablo 3, Starcraft II, im sure i forgot alot of other games :D. Currently only Gwent.
  22. In germany the word "Alpha-Kevin" was in the selection of the youth word of the year 2015, but got banned for the nomination (after a huge lead), because of the negative definition (discrimination).
  23. For sure, but thats why its called stereotypes, stereotypes are not nice. Alot of lower class people in germany call their kids kevin so. http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/discoblog/2012/02/01/does-a-lame-name-make-you-more-likely-to-be-a-smoker-with-low-self-esteem/#.WNOWn2_hDcs We have alot of german sites that make fun over the kevinismus syndrome (kevinism) .
  24. Must always think of the study that people with the name kevin have the lowest intelligence. Would not be so funny if i did not know kevins that prove this stereotype.
