i tried the same, just unzip it again, put the updater in it ... tada, now it works

I tried changing the Hz from 0 to 60, but no change. I still get the error message. I attach my log file also. greetings Silenz log.txt

On a second PC i get this error message. I already tried the forum search and i installed the directx again, several times. Are there any solutions other then reinstalling directx over and over again? I also updated the grafik drivers.
