Why not just put the 10s booster achievement behind the 10s time achievement...? You can only do the booster achievement when you have done BG10 under 12 minutes.

However, this will automatically bring you into conflict with PVP balancing, which unfortunately will probably be weighted higher.

I agree with the most people from the discord discussion:
If you played it in a team on standard you would have had no problems at all.
 
You decide to go solo and expert for your first try, no point in blaming the game design or even the people from that discord conversation.
In the time you were now complaining about this map you could have played it on all 3 difficulties

with Patch #400035 the in-game rankings were reset due to substantial balancing changes, rendering the majority of previous records unachievable. The old forum post where all all-time records were tracked until then has been archived here.
Below is a comprehensive overview of the new period's all-time fastest speedrun rankings as they can be found in-game. This list also includes the best times set by teams that played with fewer players than the maximum allowed on the map. The following criteria determine the rank 1 entry in order of importance:
Highest difficulty Fastest time Least number of players Note, that only the Map of the Month is eligible for Battleground ranking entries. Each month a different randomly generated PVE scenario takes its place.
Unless stated otherwise times are achieved on Expert+ (8) [Battlegrounds] / Expert [Campaign] difficulty.
