It will be a 1vs1 Double Elimination best of 3 tournament, the grand final will be best of 5 (one match, no reset). Winner and losers finals will be all played on stream. Prize Pool! (The more people participate, the bigger it will get) 1st place - 2000 BFP + Promo Juggernaut 2nd place - 1500 BFP + Forest Elder (g) 3rd place - 1000 BFP + Lost Spirit Ship 4th place - 700 BFP + Colossus 5th to 8th place - 200 BFP Special Prize: Whoever knocks RadicalX to lower bracket/out of the Tournaments gets 500 Extra BFP. When? On 21.04.19 (yes, that is a Sunday) starting on 4pm CET, the stream will start about 30 minutes in advance. Where? Since there were 22 participants and out of those 4 got a prize and 2 players did not show up at all this would be...1600 BFP in total I guess? Hey it is Best of one, this means the first guys to reach 1 - 0 wins. Only winners finals, losers finals and grand finals will be palyed best of 3, then the loser will pick a map until it is 2 - X for the winner. I hope this clarifies the problem. Hey everyone, Thank you all for the support and the nice words :-) I know that excluding the top20 is not enough for some players to compete. Personally I think that if you take away the top ~8 it would already be enough since those guys really play on another level. Outside of those guys it becomes a lot more fun and possible to have a win. At least from my personal experience so let us try this tournament just without the Top 20. If there are a lot more lesser ranked guys who want to play tournaments...we might add the top 40 but as I mentioned above,most players below rank 10 are beatable. Should any of those players lose rank intentionally they will not be allowed to participate obviously. Also I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Game Masters and developers for not restarting servers when the tournaments are taking place, it has not gone unnoticed. Hey Taker, I know about this option and i thought about using it. Last tournament we had 24 participants and of those 2 players did not play. I wonder how many will fail the check-in even though they want to play. So yeah it is a good feature fi used correctly by everyone but I really doubt that . So if it is only 1-2 players not showing up that is not a big deal compared to the chaos of explaining how to check in again. But maybe I will try it in the future if everyone is a lot more familiar with Challonge. Greetings, DasToggy

Ooops a little mistake on my side, should be correct now. Of course it is the same day since none of us has a time machine. If you do call me ;-) By the way the seeds are not fixed yet for the tournament brackets. Hey, I thought about hosting a "rookie" Tournament for upcoming players but there are several problems with that. -Who to in/exclude is rather difficult since i know several very strong players who did not yet make their tournament appearance. -I simply do not think we would have more than ~5 Participants since everyone who is not participating because they want to win the tournament will not join anyways...because he knows one player in that tournament who is stronger than himself. Personally I would prefer everyone to compete in the same tournament and for more inexperienced players to try and get their skill up. I mean you do not have to win the whole thing, just go in for a few games. Also we have the weekly "Battleforge Fightclub" on Wednesday evening to give everyone who wants to learn PvP or improve a platform. Greeting, DasToggy
