  1. I entered the account name, saw a frame of the forge with the message and quest board, afterward it crashed, showing the message I posted. Every following login attempt it crashed before reaching the loading screen. Sadly I didn´t save the first log file.
  2. You solved the problem, this time I did exactly the same and I could load the forge. I expect that the error won´t appear again since it happened always. Thanks for your work.
  3. @Kubik Yes. I used the same login data to create a game account. I had to pick a new name, chose the one I had before (which is the same as my forum name) and got the error. Following Ultrakool I replied in the "2-Login Error with Game Crash" bugreport since it looks the same. Either I´m unlucky or it´s related to each other.
  4. I have the same error message, but it seems more severe. I´ll use the template for additional and changed information in my case. SEVERITY: 1LOCATION: Login Screen, the moment I attempt to login with correct account information.REPRODUCIBILITY: ALWAYS (16/16)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Before this error happened I got the game account deleted because I had no cards. I chose the same name as before, saw a single frame of the forge on my first login and since then only the error message combined with a game crash. No loading screen, the crash already happens during login in a matter of seconds. Maybe it´s connected to the missing cards bug. The bug seems to be independent of local files, a friend could log in on my computer without the bug appearing ever. Sadly I had no chance to try login on another computer with my account. I´ll send the logfile as pm.
  5. Since it is a followup-error I´m not sure if I should post it in a new topic. I chose the same ingame name I had before and got an error message. I know just enough to read some simple codes, but I expect some remaining files for that name causing the error. For the error message, see the uploaded image. I can replicate the error every time I try it with my account, while a friend could login properly on my computer. If it´s the easiest way to solve this by deleting it again and making me choose another name, I can do that.
