Hard thing is.. life mostly is not that bad. But we spend the good time...not to enjoy it, rather then waiting in fear for bad times to come. When you find you self.. in an endless loop of bad times. Take your time and rethink all the good things without the bad things present. Its hard to gather strengh when you never let yourself get rest. Thats the terrible thing fear does to us...sadly
