After doing the Pure Nature Guide for the Promo Manawing, I also set my mind on the challenge to do the Urban Planner with a severe deck limitation: Only one deck for all maps, and as cheap as possible. I came up with the following deck:

If I remember right, several times it was suggested to make Fire/Frost something along the lines of Steam/Steampunk.
 
The thing is, even if it would be possible to add Fire/Frost cards of the game, it wouldnt make much sense to come out with a new faction now - it would have only 2 or 3 cards, so it would start out in an unsatisfying situation as Amii. Since the resources for new cards are limited, its perferable to make Amii more complete now, and not to hype up a new faction where its impossible to deliver on the hopes that would arise from such a hype.

Will (hopefully) be solved via the Technical-Support channel in Discord. 

This is an idea we in the dev team are supportive of, but which we have not yet been able to implement. 

You could even make a tiered progression
Tier 1: No Trading
Tier 2: Can only play with other hardcore accounts (so no carrying)
Tier 3: No Upgrading
Tier 4: Only Tutorial Deck? 😉 (j/k)

This has been suggested multiple times already, with several people showing interest, so the idea itself is good. 😃
Big question is how many players will actually play this "mode" long term, and if its worth the effort of the SR team (and how much effort?).

After two big brain moves (especially around how to handle the infestation (not-)killings) - once you are T3 you are a winner.

Concluding Thoughts:
Because of a long pause of frustration in this endeavour, it took almost two years (just 2 days missing). Without any resources on the harder maps, coming up with a strategy is really painful, especially Oceans and BEL was a mess. 
I won't do all 2P maps (mostly out of missing interest of other players), but if somebody wants to do one of the easier maps (like Slave Master) I would join that - just hit me up.
